Santa Fe Home Tenders offers a variety of service plans, available on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. We also offer plans that can be custom tailored to your needs.

Some of the inspection points we focus on are:

• Exterior inspection of home and grounds
• Check for roof leaks, stucco cracks, stain or paint problems
• Ascertain storm damage
• Check mailbox and remove unwanted flyers and secure personal mail
• Inspect exterior lighting
• Inspect interior of home
• Check functioning of toilets
• Inspect all water valves for leaks
• Inspect hot water heater for leaks
• Inspect air conditioning system
• Inspect/run appliances
• Run a test on all smoke and CO detectors
• Plant watering
• Monitor art and/or antique collections
• Make sure all doors and windows are properly secured
• Ensure Alarm call-out service is functional
• Inspect the water main
• Conduct crime prevention survey and note potential problems
• Check with local law enforcement agencies to determine if there has been recent criminal activity in your area
• Inspect for signs of theft and/or vandalism
