contract. Our services include receiving bids, hiring,
supervising, billing and acting as a liaison between
our clients and their chosen providers. We will maintain
a list of all your subcontractors (landscapers, pool
service, maid service, etc.) with detailed notes of
the quality of service you expect to receive from each.
Subcontractors
are contacted on an individual basis to let them know
that WE will be the go-between in your absence.
